Who we are
My name is Philipp Roessler. Born in Erlangen, Germany, I’ve built a truly global career: I’ve lived in five countries and conducted business across Europe, Latin America, the U.S. and APAC. I hold a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in International Business & Affairs (with a minor in Latin American Studies) having studied in Passau, Germany and San José, Costa Rica. As a dual citizen of Germany and the United States, I bring a uniquely international perspective to my work. Fully fluent in German, English and Spanish — with intermediate French — I thrive in cross‑cultural environments and global business landscapes.
From 2010 to 2020 I lived in Miami, Florida — known as the business capital of the Americas — where I worked with some of the world’s most prestigious luxury brands, including LVMH’s BVLGARI and L’Oréal. In 2021 I pivoted into Big Tech in Silicon Valley, relocating to San Francisco, California, where I led marketing roles at Amazon and Google. My experience spans luxury retail, e‑commerce and technology marketing, allowing me to bridge the gap between creative brand strategy and data‑driven insight.
Today, through Culture Chameleon I deliver executive training, cross‑cultural training and corporate coaching services designed to help you communicate, persuade, lead, decide and trust across cultures. Whether you are an individual executive, a leadership team or a global organization, my mission is to help you build cultural fluency, elevate your global presence and accelerate international success.

After four years in Big Tech and exposure to an even broader variety of cultural work‑styles, I decided to share what I had learned: to help professionals fast‑track their international business success. That decision gave birth to Culture Chameleon, a consulting business built around cross‑cultural consulting, executive coaching, corporate training and cross‑cultural training services focused on real‑world application.
